HOW TO ORDER FROM BEE JEWELLED
Using the order form, or plain paper,
fill in your name address & contact number giving us the reference
number, size, colour, and qty of the items required.
We will accept orders by post/fax/email
or telephone and also through our secure website. You can also call into
our shop and collect personally.
HOW TO PAY
Payment must accompany your order.
We accept most major credit and debit cards, pay pal, cheques and postal
orders.
Card Payments can be made in person, over the phone, or through
our secure online order form; simply built up your cart through the site
and then order.
Cheques should be made payable to “BEEJEWELLED” and we
suggest that you leave the figures section blank but mark “NOT TO
EXCEED £?” as this will enable us to adjust your total depending on
out of stock items etc.
Paypal payments must be sent to sales@beejewelled.com
Please state clearly either the order reference we have provided, or the
individual items you wish to order.
We reserve the right to hold orders
until the cheque clears.
PRICES
All prices are in pounds sterling. Prices are retail but if you would
like to purchase a large amount of a particular item please do not
hesitate to contact us as a discount may be available. Hopefully we will
be able to offer wholesale prices in the near future on some items.
There is no minimum order but orders
under £5 will unfortunately incur a £1 surcharge to cover costs.
DELIVERY & POSTAGE
Delivery is subject to availability of stock at time of despatch.
Out of stock items can be put on back order if requested. Every attempt
will be made to despatch stock items within 24hrs
Packages within UK mainland up to 1kg
are generally sent First Class Post, the rates are as follows:
Up To £25 £2.50
Up To £50 £3.50
Up To £100 £6.00
£200 or over postage free
If the package is over 1kg then we will
use a 2 day parcel service and the cost will be advised at time of
packing.
RETURNS
We will credit unused items if returned within 7 days and we will
replace faulty goods if returned within 30 days.
